1. Introduction to Agile and Scrum

  • Scrum Foundation: Key concepts like empiricism, lean thinking, transparency, inspection, and adaptation.
  • Benefits of Scrum: Understanding how Scrum fosters collaboration, flexibility, and customer satisfaction. 

2. Scrum framework

  • Scrum Roles: Understanding the responsibilities and interactions of the Product Owner, Development Team, and Scrum Master.
  • Scrum Events (Ceremonies): Learning how to facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
