Course Description


           Cross-cultural sensitivity, also known as cultural awareness or cultural sensitivity, is the ability to recognize and respect the cultural differences between people, and to interact with others in a way that acknowledges and values those differences. It involves understanding that communication styles, social norms, and even the meaning of words can vary across cultures. Developing cross-cultural sensitivity is crucial for effective communication, building strong relationships, and fostering inclusivity in diverse settings. 

Course Outline For Cross-Cultural Sensitivity

1. Cultural awareness
