Course Outline For 7 Habits of Highly Effective People

Habit 1: Be proactive

  • Understanding the concept of proactivity versus reactivity.
  • Focusing on your circle of influence (what you can control) and recognizing the limits of your circle of concern (what you can't control).
  • Taking responsibility for your choices and actions, regardless of external circumstances.
  • Using proactive language and aligning your actions with your values. 

Habit 2: Begin with the end in mind

  • Defining your personal mission and vision - what you want to be and what you want to do.
  • Identifying your core values and long-term goals.
  • Creating a personal mission statement that reflects your values and guides your decisions.
  • Developing a plan to achieve your goals and envisioning desired outcomes.

  • Understanding effective time management and prioritization.
  • Applying the Time Management Matrix (Eisenhower Matrix) to categorize tasks based on urgency and importance.

  • Developing skills for efficient task management and execution.
