2. PRINCE2 practitioner course content

It's designed for individuals managing projects within a PRINCE2 environment. To be eligible for the Practitioner exam, candidates need to have passed the Foundation exam or hold other recognized project management certifications like PMP or CAPM.

• Applying PRINCE2 principles in context.
• Effective people management, including leadership, team management, and communication strategies.
• Applying and tailoring PRINCE2 practices and management products.
• Applying and tailoring PRINCE2 processes. 

3. Other considerations

• PRINCE2 Agile: This specialization combines PRINCE2 governance with agile methodologies. It also has Foundation and Practitioner levels.
• Training delivery: Courses are available through various methods like online e-learning, virtual classrooms, and traditional classroom settings.
• Certification validity: Foundation certification does not expire, while Practitioner and Agile Practitioner certifications are valid for five years and require re-certification.
